Accommodation Checklist

I have made an accommodation checklist that can be stapled to the top of student's work to inform parents what accommodations their child received.  Some of you all may and probably have a stamp that is similar to this, but I wanted to share with those of you who do not.  Most accommodations listed here are generic. Let me know if you see something that needs to be fixed or if you have something that you think should be added.  ENJOY!

    I love this checklist. Coming from an ESE teacher this would work great for all the general education teachers! Thanks for sharing!!
